By using SIMA PMS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms govern your use of the SIMA PMS platform provided by SIMA Technologies Ltd.
SIMA PMS provides practice management software for UK accounting firms including client management, invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll, and HMRC Making Tax Digital (MTD) submissions. The software is provided as a subscription service.
When you use our MTD features, you authorise SIMA PMS to act as your agent for the purpose of submitting tax returns and updates to HMRC. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted. You may revoke this authorisation at any time via your HMRC Government Gateway account.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, ensuring the accuracy of all financial data entered, complying with HMRC filing deadlines, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
SIMA PMS calculates tax figures based on data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tax calculations and recommend all submissions be reviewed by a qualified accountant. SIMA Technologies Ltd accepts no liability for errors arising from incorrect data entry.
Access to SIMA PMS requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged monthly or annually as agreed. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion.
SIMA PMS and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by SIMA Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software without written permission.
SIMA Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
